What's up everybody! Greg here, it seems like forever since I've blogged. The last three weeks have been very busy for me because I've been helping take care of my dad. When I first started the low carb life, I weighed 263.5 lbs. I weighed today and I weigh 241.5lbs, a weight loss of 22 pounds. I've noticed that my jeans seem to be getting looser and now I can tuck my shirts in. Before, I always wore my shirts untucked because I could barely get my pants buttoned! My dad and I had the parmesean chicken and the mock mashed potatoes for dinner last night and were both very impressed with how good it turned out! I made him his first cream cheese sandwich for breakfast this morning and he had me go to the store and get him some cream cheese and Healthy Life bread. I guess that means he liked it. Who knows, he may jump on board and change his physical life. I guess I'll have to wait and see. Well, that's all I have for now. I hope to be able to start blogging on a more regular basis.
